Solomon C Campbell

It is with a heavy heart that we share the untimely and unexpected passing of our beloved Solomon C. Campbell, 79, was a native of Hilton Head Island, SC.  Solomon departed this life on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Hilton Head Hospital to enter the gates of heaven.   Solomon is survived by his loving wife Della H. Campbell ,Children: Gwendolyn Campbell, Sedgwick Campbell, A. Latrice Campbell, Omolola Campbell. Siblings: Cassie Mae Frazier, Samuel Campbell, Julene Johnson, Gloria Umoh, Wesley Campbell, Gardenia Campbell, Henry Campbell,Donald  Campbell and John Campbell.  He is preceded in death by three brothers: Franklin Campbell, Philip Campbell, Arthur Lee Campbell.  Sol served his family well and  taught those around him to  love openly, selflessly and endlessly .  He was a mighty man of valor who blessed all with his beautiful smile and hearty laughter.  Never a complainer, he approached each obstacle in his life as nothing more than a bump in the road.   Sol  never met a stranger, accepted all and made everyone he met feel like they'd been long time friends .  Graveside service will be held 1:00pm Saturday October 17, 2020 at Spanish Wells Cemetery Hilton Head Island SC.
