With heavy hearts we humbly bow in submission to the will of God to announce the earthly transition of God’s anointed Reverend Charles E. Hamilton Sr., 65 of Bluffton SC , who answered the Master’s call on the evening of Wednesday, May 29, 2019 in Savannah Ga, surrounded by his loving family .
Rev. Hamilton is preceded in death by his father Roland Hayward, & sibling Jackie Mitchell.
Rev. Charles E. Hamilton Sr., has left a lifetime of memories to his mother, Bertha Major, his devoted & lovely wife Mary Hamilton, his children; Paquita D. (Dexter) Lephere, Aranya Hamilton, Charles Hamilton Jr., & Jensen Hamilton, his siblings; Robert (Vanessa) Chaplin, Sammy (Lisa) Hamilton, Rodney (Helen) Jenkins, Mark Mitchell, Ann Marie Hayward, Lois Thompson, Craig A. Thompson and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a Public walk through viewing on Monday June 3, 2019,from 3:00pm - 4:00 pm at First Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 10 Robertson St, Bluffton, SC 29910
Walk through viewing on Monday June 3, 2019 from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm with a wake service immediately following from 6:00 pm - 8:00pm at St. James Baptist Church, 209 Beach City Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC.
His Celebration of life ceremony will be held on June 4, 2019 starting at 11:00 am at Campbell AME Church in Downtown Bluffton, 25 Boundary Street,Bluffton, South Carolina 29910
