On the Afternoon of Sunday February 24, 2019 our beloved Rebecca Drayton,63, of Hardeeville, SC heard the Master say “You have fought a good fight, Rebecca you have finished your course, and she transitioned to take her throne in her new Heavenly Home.
She is preceded in death by her father Mr. George Ford. Sr., her siblings Alfredia Palmer, Leori Washington & Johnnie Ford Sr.
Rebecca leaves to cherish her memories two sons; Kevin L.(Courtney) Ford; Jamie D. Drayton; loving mother Lillie M. Ford; two brothers Nathaniel (Beverly) Washington; George Ford Jr; Four sister: Albertha(Bennie) Brown; Barbara Ann Ford; Georgian(Elijah)Parker; Albertha (Thaddeus) Frazier; four grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Public Walk- Thru Viewing will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Edith S. Brown Memorial Room of Stiney's Funeral Home.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Home Going Services on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 12:00 pm at Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1147 Glassglow, Hardeeville, SC.
