Allen Greene

I am blessed to have been nurtured in the home of Allen and Juanita Greene. Celeste and I became friends in the sixth grade and I spent a lot of time with this AWESOME family. Mr. Allen was always kind and encouraging and watched over us. He was also a man of deep wisdom and I gleaned a lot by just observing him.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to my sister, Jacquelyn Celeste; big brother, Franklin; and certainly to one of the sweetest women God ever created, Ms. Juanita. I love you and pray that the peace of Almighty God and the comfort of the Holy Spirit rest upon you today, and in those difficult ones to come.

After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we’ve shared with our loved ones who have passed, this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on, through us.
